About the Service

Finverse is a loan comparison and aggregation platform. We act as a DSA (Direct Selling Agent) connecting borrowers with regulated lending partners. By using this app, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Not a Lender

Finverse is NOT a lender. Specifically:

• We do not lend money
• We do not determine loan eligibility
• We do not set interest rates or processing fees
• We do not handle loan disbursement or repayment
• We do not hold or manage your loan account

All lending decisions, interest rates, processing fees, and loan terms are determined solely by the respective lending partner.

Eligibility

To use Finverse, you must:

• Be 21 years of age or older
• Be a citizen or resident of India
• Have a valid PAN card
• Have a valid Aadhaar card
• Have an active mobile number

User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
• Not use the platform for fraudulent or illegal purposes
• Keep your login credentials (OTP) secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised account access
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Lending Partners

Loan approval, interest rates, processing fees, tenure options, and all other loan terms are determined solely by the lending partner. Finverse has no control over these decisions. Our lending partners include:

• Mudra Box
• PayTrust
• DigiCredit
• Tap4Credit
• Fibe

Each lending partner is an independent entity regulated by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) or other applicable regulatory bodies. Please review the terms and conditions of the respective lending partner before accepting any loan offer.

Data Consent

By using the app and proceeding with a lender application, you consent to sharing your basic profile information (name, phone, PAN, employment details, income, and city) with the specific lending partner you choose. This sharing is confirmed via an explicit consent checkbox on the redirect screen.

Disclaimer

• We do not guarantee loan approval
• Loan terms vary by lender and are subject to change
• Past approval by a lender does not guarantee future approval
• Loan offers displayed are indicative and subject to lender verification
• EMI calculations are estimates and may vary from actual values

Limitation of Liability

Finverse is not responsible for any actions, decisions, or outcomes resulting from interactions between you and lending partners after redirect. We are not liable for any financial loss, data breach on the lender's platform, or dissatisfaction with loan terms offered by lending partners.

Intellectual Property

All app content, design, branding, code, and materials are owned by Finverse and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions, provide false information, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform. Termination may occur without prior notice.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from the use of this app or these terms.
