About Finverse

Finverse is a digital loan marketplace. We connect borrowers with verified lending partners. We are NOT a lender. We do not disburse loans, set interest rates, or make credit decisions. We act as a DSA (Direct Selling Agent) that helps you compare and apply for loan offers.

• Device information (device model, OS version)

Information We Do NOT Collect

• Bank statements
• Passwords or PINs
• Bank login credentials
• Selfie or photographs
• Biometric data
• Call logs or SMS content

Purpose of Data Collection

• To match users with appropriate lending partners based on their profile
• To provide personalised loan offers and eligibility estimates
• To improve the app experience and features
• To comply with regulatory and legal obligations

Data Sharing

Your information is shared ONLY with the specific lending partner you choose to apply with. We never sell your data to third parties. Data sharing occurs only after you explicitly consent on the redirect confirmation screen.

Third Party Services

• Firebase (Authentication, Database, Analytics) by Google — used for secure login, data storage, and app analytics
• Facebook SDK — used for app usage analytics and ad attribution only
• Razorpay IFSC API — used for bank branch lookup only

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on Firebase Cloud Firestore with industry-standard encryption. Access is restricted to authorised personnel only. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.

Data Retention

Your data is retained until you delete your account. You can request account deletion at any time from Profile → Delete My Account. Upon deletion, all your personal data and application records will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

Your Rights

• View your data — accessible within the app
• Edit your data — update your profile information
• Delete your account and all associated data — Profile → Delete My Account
• Withdraw consent for data sharing — do not proceed with any lender application

Analytics

We track anonymous app usage events to improve the app. These events include screen views, button taps, and feature usage. No personally identifiable information is included in analytics events.

Cookies & Tracking

We use Firebase Analytics and Facebook SDK for app usage analytics and ad attribution. These services may collect anonymised device identifiers and usage patterns. We do not use browser cookies.

Children's Privacy

This app is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, please contact us immediately.

Changes to Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Users will be notified of significant changes via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
